The suite at 27 Montefiore is brand new, stylish, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Plasma TV is big and it has cable TV. The room has a large couch, a big bed and nice and modern décor. I actually liked everything about the room. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it is clean and gives a comfortable feeling. I love the shower, which gives a little spa feeling. By now I am even used to the boiler switch before taking a shower, so no problem there either. The suite looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, water cooker and coffee etc. The apartment is located one block from Allenby st. and two blocks from Rothschild blvd, two of the main streets. It is very close to shopping, plenty of bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The breakfast which is around the corner was great. Parking, which was also only half a block away costs NIS 20 on Fridays and Saturdays and NIS 95 during the rest of the week. Overall, it was a great experience in a great apartment. Btw, the building does not look nice from the outside, but that's just on the side. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a luxurious stay in Tel Aviv and want to be close to nightlife, food or shopping, or just stay in and enjoy.

The room was clean & very wall design , it is an intimate 'the location is excellant, and the staff is very helpful
there is no public area/lobby- was not needed by me
-
Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pleasant staff.
The rooms are above a bar disco which did interrupt my sleep due to loud music

Well located, correct, in the budget. I had an inconvenient with my luggage at the airport and do not know hebrew. I ask the recepcionist to follow the problem and she solved it. With her cell phone did the research and helped me very much. As I returned late and went very early I could not thank her so I hope she reads this.
It was announced they had free shuttle to and from the airport but they did not.

new and nice rooms, great location and value for money.
i thought is is a kind of hotel and it is more like a floor in a building.

I spent my vacations with my 8 y.o. daughter at August' 2012. Everything was perfect - stuff is friendly and professional, perfect location, rooms are comfortable and modern furnitured. Mini kitchen is a plus for families with babies. Timor did her best for all ours needs and problems during all the period of our vacations.
One thing was not good for us - the Bar on the first floore. Loudly music form Thirthday till Sunday really disturbed us at the night. But for some people without children it would be good.

It's a beautiful modern hotel with great furnishings and art work, and fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars and breakfast joints nearby. And the beach is 15 minutes pleasant walk.
I was on floor 2. Below, on floor 1, there is a bar. My first night, they played very very loud jazz until nearly 1 am. I mentioned this to the owner, and the second night was beautifully quiet.

Doesn't look like much from outside but a very good boutique hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. My room wasn't ready on arrival, however when I returned they had put the air conditioning on in my room already so that it was nice and cool. the room was top quality, a really good design and modern furniture and spacious. Large flat screen tv, a kitchenette and free wifi all great. I recommend the breakfast place they use around the corner - a very cute place with great food - definitely worth it. The area of the hotel is great as well, close to rothschild boulevard and sheinkin street. I will come back on my next trip. Thanks!
the door handle looked like it needed to be fixed and was a little difficult to open and close - i hope they get this fixed soon. The bathroom is fine, but very small.

Location is great. Clean and spacious for two. Beautifully decorated And helpful staff.
Not a hotel so reception only opened from 9am-8pm. If you arrive. Before 9, must wait till they arrive. The building though numbered looks like a regular building, only a small sign indicating its short stay apartment. The building is shared with other business. Downstairs there is a new club. Opened every night till late. Very loud music so if you wanna sleep early or with family: good luck!

Lovely room, good location. Air conditioning - that sounds silly, but at +40 an 100% humidity in August, it is a must.
I thought I was booking a hotel, but in fact it was a floor of rented out apartments. This is fine, but not quite what I had in mind. No lobby, no full time staff to hold on to our luggage. But the contact person came within 30 minutes when I called her, she was very helpful. Still not quite what I had in mind. Noisy at night, the rooms are over a nightclub. It was noisy till around 2am. We could sleep through the noise, but if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. I find it expensive for a rented apartment with no other services. Had we stayed in Tel Aviv longer, I would opt for an AirBnB rental.

Excellent location right in the middle of the city. Almost everywhere in walking distance. Excellent restaurant right across the street (Yavne Monetefiore) and the Bakery was great for breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable studio apartment, Will definitely stay there next time in tlv
Nothing. Was a great place to stay

Although it may look a bit rough from the outside, but everything about Montefiore 27 is very positive - the room was clean and designed in a modern way, with anything that you may need available at a hand, the staff is extremely helpful and nice, they also cooperate with a group of taxis to get you in and out of tel aviv easily, without a risk to overpay. The most fun and class is about the breakfast - it is served in a beautiful place around the corner called Bakery 29, which itself is worth recommending. I absolutely loved the place and hopefully will be back there again soon.
Don't choose it if you like the nice sea views from the windows, as this one is not any much of it, but the rest is absolutely great!
-
Exceptionally friendly staff, ready to answer all questions on poi, transport, eating out, etc. Very good price/performance ratio. Great design of apartments. Fast & convenient internet (wifi). Great breakfast deal due to partnership with a bakery next door. Overall - real value for money.
Apartment building is a bit too far away from main shopping areas and the sea
-
Great service at incheck, the rest of my stay I did not need any help anymore but could have called whenever I wanted. Studio was nice, clean and new. If you like a lively nebourhood, book it!
I slept above a bar/ club and could hear loud music. I must say that slept I was so tired that I had no trouble sleeping at all.

The main positive aspect is the location close to shops, restaurants, cafes close to Allenby and Rotschild and only 2km walk from the beach
No view from the room as the two windows open on building opposite ( less than 3 meters). Windows not sealed in the wall letting warm air and noise coming in. Poor construction finitions. Shower still "in construction". The rooms are located on first floor of a "business" building having 3 floors and some of them (rooms, floors) are being rebuilt creating heavy noise & vibrations from early morning (drill, pneumatic drill, hammer) without prior warning. Wifi that was included in price stopped working after first night and has never been reset. No desk in the room. No phone in the room so no possibility to call the staff or get called. Totally overpriced. No American Express. So, in conclusion not really suitable for business
